4:30 pm - 6:30 pm – Sunset Exploration at The Vortex with Qigong and Earthing
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of The Vortex with a sunset hike, combining mindful movement, Qigong, and grounding exercises.

Arrival at Camp Vortex

I had a great time visiting with Ramsay at the Mystic Desert Sky Ranch. His attention to detail and greatly curated program created the perfect environment for me to be comfortable and present for my journey. I benefitted from receiving great insights and clarity about some things that I had been struggling with. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have spent time at the ranch, and to Ramsay for his great guidance. He is a great chef too! I highly recommend this experience.
